Fit for a Princess


This wedding cake as you can see had quite a lot of detail. The couple gave me their wedding announcement and wanted it recreated onto their cake. Besides the sheer size of this cake, the hot salmon pink under the white piping with the crystal beads gave this cake a bold statement.
Each tier had a different flavor that was as bold as the cake itself. With Chocolate Coconut Cream Cheese with a truffle frosting, Chocolate Orange with Whipped Fudge, Citrus Coconut with a Lime Mousse, and Raspberry Lemonade with a raspberry buttercream.

Wow, Turia, you are famous and your cakes are amazing. You sure have come a long way since the m&m birthday cake in AZ. Congrats on all of your success and we will call you when our daughters are ready to get married (I found out today we are having another daughter).
